Social Media Manager - Freelancer

Services Rendered:

Digital Designs - such as images for social media post generation, website banners and social media page cover images.

Social Media Management - social media post generation and scheduling, update and create business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google. 

Website Management - monitor and identify website health and performance issues and delegate to appropriate service provider for troubleshooting

Purpose: To create social media presence, online brand recognition and market brand identity

​

Challenges: Due to the nature of the Business, there were constraints regarding platform community guidelines and polices and complete restriction on any paid promotions for online marketing to the targeted audience.


I was recruited by Allure Intimate (Ja) after my work with Whitter Village social media pages. 

I was placed in charge of designing and managing the business's social media presence and implementing marketing strategies so that customers could find products more relatable. Since employed with Allure Intimate Ja., I have increased their followers over 30 times from their initial numbers during their first year and this number continues to grow. This has resulted in client loyalty and also additional duties such as management of the business website and primary provider for the company's print designs needs

B's Upholstery and Auto Care recruited me as a start up company needing some assistance with organizing their social media and google presence and creating brand awareness. We worked together for three months creating and promoting his business presence. We were able to create some brand identity awareness and increased his audience base..

Social Media Team Personnel - Introduction

Challenges : Multiple previously established social media accounts with audience. 


I was employed to a subsidy of the Ironshore Construction Company Ltd - Whitter Village, in the position of the property office manager's administrative assistant. I was introduced to Social Media management and graphic designing due to my desk duties involving monitoring, responding and being the in house/on the ground contact for the contracted marketing agency. I had started at a time where the company was experiencing modifications and growth. I was initially charged with unravelling the initial social media presence by establishing  one primary business account on the selected social media sites of Facebook and Instagram prior to the onboarding of the marketing agencies, and also for initiating the strategy of reposting businesses that had social media presence within the complex; this assisted with boosting their exposure, widening each featured business audience and strengthening bonds between the property and business tenants. Within my time, i worked with contracted agencies to increase the page likes and followers from 100+ to over 1000.
